While you are there, observe what a right-click on the template name presents in a pop-up menu. When you open Pages without specifying a document, it will default to a Template Chooser.

Here is a model similar to the one I used to use with Grade 4 or 5 students to make cards using AppleWorks. Instructions follow the illustration. Open a new Blank template.

They don't have a separate template for a quarter-fold that opens from the bottom (although you could easily design your own template).
