In addition to respecting your account level setting in the Pandora app, you can choose to apply explicit content filtering on individual HomePod speakers. Open the Home app on your iOS device and long press the HomePod speaker where you want to apply content filtering. Tap the gear icon. Under Music & Podcasts toggle Allow Explicit Content off.
