Lululemon is accusing Costco of stealing from its "path-breaking" brand by selling dupes of its sweatshirts, jackets and pants.

Lululemon, a premium athleisure company based in Vancouver, Canada, filed its lawsuit against Costco on June 27 in California. The complaint, according to CBS News , alleges that Costco “unlawfully traded” on Lululemon’s “reputation, goodwill and sweat equity” by selling unauthorized knockoffs, infringing on the companies patents

A Lululemon Scuba hoodie costs $118. A Danskin Half-Zip Pullover purchased from Costco will set you back about $8. In a lawsuit, Lululemon Athletica alleged that the Danskin pullover and other products sold at Costco are illegal knockoffs of Lululemon’s premium activewear.
