CHICAGO — Kyle Manzardo has returned to the Guardians after missing three games to be with his family during his mother’s heart transplant surgery. Cleveland optioned outfielder Jhonkensy Noel back to Triple-A Columbus in order to clear a spot for Manzardo on the active roster.
