America is gearing up for another night of nationwide protests Thursday, July 17, with "Good Trouble Lives On" rallies slated for towns and cities across New York and the United States.

Sarasota was one of 50 cities in Florida with over 400 hundred people in attendance protesting the Trump administration under the name "Good Trouble Lives On."

Organizers describe “good trouble” as peaceful, collective action to “challenge injustice and create meaningful change.”

Thousands of protesters gathered at more than 1,600 locations nationwide on July 17, 2025, to rally against many of the Trump administration's policies.
