Reliance Jio has partnered with SpaceX to offer Starlink to its customers in India just hours after Airtel's partnership.

SpaceX announced its second Starlink operator partnership in India on Wednesday – this one with Jio Platforms – just a day after establishing a partnership with Bharti Airtel in anticipation of Starlink getting regulatory approvals to operate in the country.

Jio and SpaceX are exploring further areas of collaboration to enhance India’s digital ecosystem by utilizing their respective infrastructures

Jio to distribute Starlink via retail outlets and online platforms, as well as provide installation and activation support for customers.

The Congress has alleged that PM Modi orchestrated Airtel and Jio's partnerships with Starlink to appease Trump.

Jio Platforms and Bharti Airtel are now preparing to compete in both traditional broadband and the satellite internet market. Starlink, developed by SpaceX, will offer internet coverage via a network of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites.
