PHOENIX — The Isaac School Board voted to outsource cafeteria workers, nighttime custodians and landscapers to third-party companies in effort to cut costs and pay back millions in debt. Current district employees in those departments will be offered positions with the third-party companies, according to Board President Patricia Jimenez.
