About a month after turning 100-years-old, former President Jimmy Carter has received his 10th Grammy Award nomination for his latest spoken-word album ‘Last Sundays in Plains: A Centennial Celebration.

Former president Jimmy Carter has become the oldest Grammy nominee for his spoken word album: 'Last Sundays in the Plains: A Centennial Celebration.' The album features recordings from his last lessons as a Sunday School teacher at his hometown church in Georgia.

Carter has already won 3 Grammys and this is his 10th nomination. Carter, the nation’s 39th President of the United States, turned 100 on Oct. 1. He has been in hospice care for more than a year.
