An Oklahoma City family has been waiting over a year for their son’s headstone to be placed at his gravesite.

Weaver, Ellison and Keisler all filed complaints against Duncan Vaults and Headstones, also known as Affordable Headstones, with Arkansas Attorney General, Tim Griffin.

Fermin Tonche-Gallardo and Marcos Mendez are accused of stealing 200 vases from gravestones at the McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery in September 2024.

Geiler said two bronze vases that were chained to her family members' headstones were stolen. The 115-year-old cemetery sits on 62 acres near Lemay Ferry and Mount Olive roads.
