The Rome Police Department said officers were called to John Graham Homes, where a body was found outside, covered with blankets, on Tuesday afternoon. This is near Hull Avenue and Cedar Avenue. According to the police department, they are still working to learn how the 20-year-old woman died, but she was not shot.
