Why Trump would’ve been convicted – Department of Justice report
The United States, US, President-elect, Donald Trump would have been convicted for his alleged effort to overturn the 2020 election result if he lost the November 2023 presidential election. This was contained in a report by former Special Counsel Jack Smith of the Department of Justice which was released on Tuesday.

Jack Smith, the special counsel who led two federal criminal cases against Donald Trump, has resigned from the Justice Department before the president-elect takes office later this month. According to a court filing submitted on Saturday, Mr Smith "separated from the Department" on Friday.
