KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A sex offender in Kansas City has been sentenced to prison for the illegal possession of a firearm. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Western Missouri says that on Wednesday, July 16, Bryan A. Bay, 35, of Kansas City, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the illegal possession of a firearm.
