The city of Brockton, Massachusetts is joining Lowell in cracking down on homeless encampments​, sparking calls for compassion for the less fortunate.

Homeless encampments and tents in public spaces will be removed in both cities. In Brockton, unhoused people could pay fines of $200 per day.
