The Supreme Court has granted actor Siddique interim protection from arrest amid an ongoing rape case investigation.

The Supreme Court has extended the interim pre-arrest bail of actor Siddique amid ongoing investigations into an alleged rape case. Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued for the actor's cooperation despite claims of the police about evasiveness and lack of compliance in the inquiry process.

A bench of Justices Bela M. Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma extended the interim order issued on September 30, which had granted Siddique interim protection from arrest in the case. The court also directed him to continue cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
