Ronald Acuña Jr. will make his return to the field on Friday after nearly a full year off the field, the Atlanta Braves announced Thursday night.

Acuña dropped his bat and took a page out of Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant's book. Acuña did Morant's grenade celebration, throwing an imaginary grenade and covering his ears as the crowd erupted in applause.

The Braves recently got right-hander Spencer Strider back in the starting rotation after a strained hamstring forced a short stint on the injured list, and now they will have star outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr., who joins a Braves team on Friday that has been hovering around .500 as of late after starting the regular season an abysmal 0-7.
