MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - A Minneapolis man has been arrested and charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS. According to the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Abdisatar Ahmed Hassan was charged with one count of attempting to provide material support and resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
