BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police asked the community to avoid the vicinity of 700 Delaware Ave. late Monday morning due to what officials said was a bomb threat. Authorities said the city’s K9 unit conducted a thorough search of the premises and the building was cleared.
