Artist Lucy Dacus announced she is donating to individuals seeking transgender medical operations in an apparent attempt to get back at President Trump’s executive orders.
Famed singer-songwriter and former Richmonder, Lucy Dacus will release her fourth studio album, "Forever Is A Feeling," on March 28.
