Taylor Hall seems to be fitting in nicely with his new team, the Carolina Hurricanes. He has now played two games after being traded by the Chicago Blackhawks and just recorded his first point in his second game that came against the New York Rangers.
This was Hall's second game in the Hurricanes' lineup. He slotted in on the second line and earned a helper on Andrei Svechnikov's opening tally just 56 seconds into the game. Moving from Chicago to Carolina should help Hall's offense by virtue of having a better supporting cast.
Getting a 3rd round pick from the Hurricanes gives the Blackhawks nine total selections in the upcoming draft.
