Sean Manaea, who battled through oblique and elbow injuries over the past few months, will look to continue his career resurgence in the New York Mets' finale against the Kansas City Royals on Sunday.

The Mets' Sean Manaea made his season debut after being activated off the 60-day IL, giving up one run and five hits while striking out seven in 3 1/3 innings.

The Mets have activated Sean Manaea for the first time this season, but he is only available out of the bullpen for now.
