Several Maryland boards of elections received bomb threats on Friday night, state authorities said, adding election officials were counting mail-in ballots when the threats came and that everyone was safe.

BALTIMORE -- Vice President Kamala Harris has won the Maryland popular vote over former President Donald Trump, CBS News projects, and along with it the state's 10 electoral votes. Some of those votes could set the balance of power in Congress. Including one in the DMV. While the U.S. Senate is projected to be under Republican control, the House of Representatives could still go either way.
