One such strategy involved placing an empty chair in every meeting—a peculiar practice that has a powerful rationale. Lauren Sanchez’s former yoga instructor, Alanna Zabel, has filed a lawsuit against the ex-entertainment journalist.

In the post, she also shared a photo of old school yearbook portraits and added in her caption, "Even one of my old teachers showed up and brought a yearbook. 😮”

The news anchor and the Amazon founder have been dating since 2019 after Bezos split from his wife of 25 years, Mackenzie Scott. Now Sánchez, a mother of three, is also a debut children's author with her book, The Fly Who Flew to Space, released on September 10.
