Negotiations between Senate and House Republicans over a bill to reauthorize the National Aeronautics and Space Administration have stalled as President Trump is scheduled to visit NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston Friday.

According to the FAA, violating a temporary flight restriction can result in civil penalties and criminal charges.
