The Michigan men’s basketball team was rewarded for another strong week by moving up in Monday’s AP Top 25 poll. The Wolverines improved four spots to No. 20 in the weekly poll. They beat Washington at home on Sunday, 91-75, and won at then-No. 22 UCLA 94-75 on Tuesday. They have won five straight games and are 13-3 overall.

Michigan basketball is halfway through its season thus far, and at 13-3, the Wolverines have somewhat outperformed expectations in Dusty May’s first year. The maize and blue are still undefeated in Big Ten play and are a couple of bad minutes from being undefeated overall.
