President Donald Trump has signed orders overhauling where and how the federal government spends taxpayer money, encouraging agencies to move out of downtown districts and requiring agencies to buy more off-the-shelf products.

The president said the order would lower prescription drug prices for many Americans, including people on Medicare.

A new executive order signed Tuesday by President Trump directs Congress to change a key provision of the law allowing Medicare drug price negotiations, a move that would fix one of the drug
