On Sept. 30th, a new law required 18- to 21-year-olds to complete driver's education before receiving a driver's license. Previously, they could get their license without going to driving school.
Lorain may start to notice an influx of new, young drivers thanks to return of driver’s education to the Lorain City School District after being absent from any courses offered by more than 30 years.
