Erling Haaland’s new Manchester City deal sees him become the highest-paid footballer in the world. On Friday, the Premier League champions announced that Haaland has put pen to paper on a nine-and-a-half-year deal.

City announced the deal — covering 10 years from the start of this season — on Friday for the 24-year-old Haaland, who has scored 111 goals in 125 games since joining the club from Borussia Dortmund in 2022.

Erling Haaland has signed a massive 10-year contract with Manchester City to keep him at the club until 2034. The Norwegian striker, whose previous contract was set to run until 2027, has been scoring at a phenomenal rate since joining City two-and-a-half years ago, amassing 111 goals across 126 appearances.
