Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is the first entry in the annual blockbuster to be announced and released since Microsoft acquired it along with the rest of Activision Blizzard last October. And, by all accounts,

Microsoft and Activision previously announced that Black Ops 6 had the "biggest" three-day opening weekend in franchise history for total number of players, hours played, and matches. It was also recently confirmed that Activision has now sold more than 500 million Call of Duty games.

Hot on the heels of Nuketown's return, Black Ops 6 is bringing at least three more maps to the game during Season 01 this month. These are 'Extraction', 'Heirloom' and 'Hideout' - and the Call of Duty team has teased each of these maps in the short video clip down below.

Black Ops 6 has a great single-player campaign, fun fast-paced multiplayer and the return of round-based zombies.

The game is now synonymous with the entire genre like no other.Two development studios, Treyarch and Raven Software, were commissioned to work on the 21st installment in the series, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
