1 person is dead and a suspect is in custody after shooting Sunday in northwest Albuquerque. A spokesperson for Albuquerque police says the incident occurred near the Big 5 Sporting Goods store on the 3100 block of Coors Boulevard NW. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect was captured a short time later.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police are investigating a homicide on Sunday. According to APD, homicide detectives were called to 3140 Coors Boulevard NW for a shooting. One person was found at the scene; they had died.
