Russell Westbrook is weighing his options in free agency after declining his player option with the Denver Nuggets. He's already declined rumors that he could head overseas for a lofty European contract, but the NBA interest in him has been mostly quiet.

The New York Knicks may, or may not, be exploring the possibility of adding veteran point guard Russell Westbrook this off-season.

Following the news that Westbrook could join the Kings, Lakers fans urged him to go to their division rival. Or, at the very least, not re-join the Lakers. "Any team but the Lakers. Let Warriors or Kings have him," one wrote.
