The Santa Rosa Police are searching for missing 78-year-old Miriam Helm who vanished from a local care facility on December 24.

The Santa Rosa Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an elderly woman who went missing Tuesday evening. Miriam Helm, 78, was last seen leaving The Vineyard at Fountaingrove Memory Care located at 200 Fountaingrove Parkway at around 5:30 p.

Police said the woman went missing on Christmas Eve at about 5:30 p.m. She left the memory care unit at Vineyard at Fountaingrove, at 200 Fountaingrove Pkwy.
