A brazen thief stole more than $113,000 worth of Pokémon cards from a Massachusetts store, officials said Friday, launching a real-life Pokémon Go search for the suspect and the rare collectibles

A burglar used a hammer to smash open the door of a Massachusetts shop and stole rare Pokémon cards and vintage box sets, a store owner said.

Owners said the rare and mint condition cards were worth nearly $115,000 and the most valuable item stolen was a Neo Revelation Pokémon box worth $30,000. "They knew exactly what items to target and what they were going for," said Andre.
