At least one person was killed and 13 others, including a 7-year-old, were injured in a lightning strike at an outdoor archery club in southern New Jersey on Wednesday evening, according to officials.

An unsuspecting delivery driver was nearly struck by lightning outside a home in New Jersey on Monday. The footage shows the driver getting to the door, ringing the doorbell, and then shouting and crouching, visibly startled, as a lightning bolt is seen.

Eight of the injured were children, according to the mayor. One person died and 14 others were injured, including eight children, after being struck by lightning on Wednesday in New Jersey, officials said.
