How police managed to track down suspect hiding on Brent Spence Bridge

Covington police said the pursuit began as they followed Baker north on Interstate 75 approaching I-275. Baker crashed into two cars and attempted to steal one of them. He then proceeded to climb over the side of the bridge and concealed himself in the beams.
