It looks like Buffalo Bills' starter James Cook is surveying the running back market just like the rest of us. ESPN Senior NFL Insider Adam Schefter announced Tuesday that Super Bowl champion and reigning rushing champion Saquon Barkley would be signing a two-year extension with the Philadelphia Eagles.

James Cook is looking for a new deal this NFL off-season, and he is hoping that Saquon Barkley's deal helps his case.

Cook believes he deserves to get paid after registering back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons. In 2024, he tied Baltimore Ravens star Derrick Henry for most rushing touchdowns (16) in the league. While numerous fans want to see Cook cash-in, his public response to Barkley's extension was met with some backlash.
