River Valley Girl Scouts cookie season is on the way and one cookie is on its way out the door ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Girl Scout cookie season is just a few weeks away and troops are busy getting ready to sell. Girls Scouts River Valley CEO Marisa Williams said the girls are always looking for new ways to find and attract more customers.

Marley Dancy, 8, of Tupelo is on track to sell to meet her goal of selling 3,000 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies this year. TUPELO – If Marley Dancy knocks on your door, more than likely you're going to be ordering some Girl Scout cookies. Last year, the 8-year-old sold more than 2,000 boxes of Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs and more.

According to the staff at Townsquare Media in Rochester, Girl Scout cookies are selling in Rochester for $5 a box. According to Yahoo!finance, if you are looking to score one of the Toffee-tastic specialty flavors, those boxes are going to cost $6.

Girl Scout cookie season is approaching, and soon there will be a whole lot of them in Arlington and Falls Church. At publication time, least 16 cookie booths are planned across the county, with at least six more in the Little City.

Lake Highlands-based troops of The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas have begun selling their famous cookies around the neighborhood.
