By Joyce Lee SEOUL (Reuters) -South Korea's leadership crisis will play out in the Constitutional Court, which will decide the fates of President Yoon Suk Yeol and Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, both impeached and suspended from power over a short-lived martial law.

The move by acting President Choi Sang-mok aims to restore stability and prevent a credit rating downgrade, following the impeachment of two predecessors.

A South Korean court has issued an arrest warrant for impeached and suspended President Yoon Suk Yeol, investigators said on Tuesday, over his short-lived bid to impose martial law.
