Stray Kids become the first act to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart with their first six chart entries.

Boy band Stray Kids topped the Billboard 200 albums chart with "HOP," becoming the first act to debut six No. 1 albums on the chart.

K-pop boy group Stray Kids topped the Billboard 200 albums chart with its mixtape 'Hop,' the music magazine reported Monday.

This year also brought highly anticipated solo records from stars such as SHINee’s ONEW, EXO’s Baekhyun, GOT7’s Yugyeom, iKON’s DK and ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo to establish their musical identities further. Similarly, girl group ARTMS and the newly solo Yves all delivered excellence and experimentation in their first moves since exiting LOONA.

Stray Kids claimed the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart dated Dec. 28 with their latest album, Hop, Billboard announced Dec. 21. This marks the group’s sixth overall No. 1 on the U.S. main albums chart.
