You will mostly have a morning shift (4am-1pm) and closing shift (1pm-10pm). You might have 1 or 2 people pulled from either shift to work an 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

The popcorn chicken slaps… but yeah the oil hasn’t probably been changed in over a week lol. We are , or I am, pretty anal about our oil. We start testing, well I do, 7 days after a full boil put and oil change.
